What if I run out of credits before the month ends?
Move up a plan whenever you like. You only pay the difference for the rest of the month, and the extra credits land in your account right away. On Studio, you can add 2,200 credits that never expire for $49.
What happens to credits I don't use?
Monthly credits belong to that month and don't roll over; a fresh allowance arrives with each renewal. Monthly credits are always spent first. Studio extra credits never expire.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period and you can use your remaining credits until then. You won't be charged again.
What if a job doesn't finish?
Credits are only spent on finished work. If something fails, is declined or times out, the reserved credits go straight back to your account. If a finished result isn't what you wanted, ask for a change in the chat; that counts as a new job.
Are taxes included?
Prices are set in US dollars. Any tax that applies in your country is added at checkout, and you see the full total before you confirm.
