Service scope and acceptance
TekPlatform provides Discover, image and video creation, the Fitting Room, creation through chat, My Gallery and credit-based creative tools. Some features require sign-in, enough credits or technical prerequisites. Chat is free; a daily message allowance may apply.
By accessing TekPlatform, creating an account or using its tools, you accept these terms, the Privacy Policy and the price and payment terms shown at checkout.
Account and minimum age
You are responsible for accurate account details, protected sign-in methods and activity through your account. Report suspected access or unauthorized use promptly.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to use TekPlatform.
Plans, credits and payments
Plans are monthly subscriptions: Mini, Starter, Creator and Studio. Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax; where tax applies it is added at checkout, and you see the full total before you confirm. A subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
Each plan’s monthly credits belong to that billing period, lapse when it ends and do not roll over. Credits that expire soonest are spent first. Extra credits bought on the Studio plan never expire. Welcome credits for new accounts last 14 days.
Moving up a plan takes effect at once: the difference for the rest of the period is charged and the credits between the two plans are added to your account. Moving down or cancelling takes effect at the end of the period, and you can use your remaining credits until then.
If you have used no credits, you can ask for a full refund within the first 7 days of a new subscription by writing to info@tekplatform.ai. Otherwise used credits and the current period are not refunded in part; rights you have under mandatory law are not affected.
Payments are processed by Stripe and appear on your card statement as TEKPLATFORM.AI. In some countries Stripe may act as the seller of record, in which case the Stripe terms shown at checkout also apply. TekPlatform does not store your card details.
If a payment is disputed with your bank, the credits it granted are taken back and the account may be limited until the dispute is resolved. If something goes wrong, please write to us first; we can usually fix it quickly.
Your content and uploaded photos
You must have the rights and permissions for the photos, references and instructions you upload. Do not use another party’s brand, logo, likeness, copyrighted work, personal data or confidential information without permission. This includes photos of people you upload, including for the Fitting Room. If a person in a photo is under 18, you need permission from their parent or legal guardian.
You may use outputs you create in line with these terms for personal and commercial purposes, such as advertising, social media and sales, subject to third-party rights and the law. TekPlatform claims no ownership of your outputs; you grant only the limited permission needed to run the service, store them, show them in your account, provide support and keep the service secure.
Before publishing, review AI outputs for accuracy, brand fit, advertising rules and third-party rights.
Sharing in Discover and removal requests
If you choose to share a creation publicly, the image or video, its description and your chosen profile identity may appear in Discover. This grants the limited permission needed to show it within TekPlatform with its source information.
If you believe content infringes your rights, write to info@tekplatform.ai with the content link and the basis for your request. We reply within 7 days and remove clearly infringing content without delay.
Acceptable use
You may not use TekPlatform to:
- Promote illegal activity, fraud, threats, harassment or violence.
- Create hateful content, non-consensual intimate content, or content that sexualizes, exploits or endangers minors.
- Impersonate a real person without permission or misuse identity deceptively.
- Infringe intellectual-property, trademark, privacy or personality rights.
- Bypass security or harm the service.
Bulk access and data collection
You’re free to browse Discover and to view and download works you like, one at a time. What needs our written permission is bulk, systematic use. You may not:
- Systematically crawl the site or its APIs with bots, scripts, browser agents or other automation.
- Scrape or bulk-download images, videos, prompts, work details or other data.
- Mirror the site or its content, or republish it in bulk elsewhere.
- Use what you find here to build a prompt directory, a database of work details or any collection that stands in for TekPlatform.
- Use the content or data to train or fine-tune AI models.
- Try to get around rate limits, access blocks or other technical safeguards.
Rate limits and bulk access
We apply rate limits to protect the service. If you hit one, try again a little later. We may limit or block access that breaks these rules and suspend the account involved. For bulk access or a partnership, write to info@tekplatform.ai.
AI outputs
AI does not guarantee an exact result, likeness, error-free copy, visual accuracy, uniqueness or commercial performance. Results depend on your references, your instructions, provider policies and technical limits.
Intellectual property
The TekPlatform name, the site and the software belong to TekPlatform. These terms do not give you any ownership of them. They only allow you to use the service while you follow these terms.
Disclaimers
The service is provided as is and as available. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that an output will suit a particular purpose.
Maintenance, security work, third-party outages or required technical changes may temporarily affect availability. Models, providers, credit costs, features and limits can change.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, TekPlatform is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of the service or these terms.
To the extent the law allows, TekPlatform’s total liability for a claim about the service or these terms is limited to the amount you paid TekPlatform for the service in the twelve months before the claim. Some laws do not allow these limits. Where they do not, the limits apply only as far as that law allows.
Ending your account
You can stop using TekPlatform at any time. You can delete your account yourself under Settings → Account. For a data request, email info@tekplatform.ai from the registered address. Payment, security and transaction records required by law may remain for the applicable period.
We may refuse a request, remove content, or suspend or close an account if these terms are broken, if we need to for security, or if the law requires it. Cancelling a subscription still follows the timing in Plans, credits and payments.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
Changes
These terms may change with the product, payment structure or law. Material changes may be announced in the product, on the web or by email. The version dated on this page is current.
